We feel and experience heavily who we are.
“Heavily” proposes an introspection of the “self” that we project onto our bodies. It observes how our value systems work as a guideline that forms unique symbols representing our individual “self.” Messages appear as an alternative way to start a dialogue with the subjects and ourselves. It frames motives and achievements, pains and gains, the satisfied and the unsatisfied, the shown and the hidden, in an obscure scope that embraces intimacy and eliminates individuality simultaneously. It is a soft invasion through an intimate area where we still hold onto our secrets while revealing our wounds.
We always value results more than efforts and disregard measures as we disregard time whenever the results are not achieved. The anxiety of saving time backfires as we have wasted our time on things we value the most. I hope these photos, alongside those intimate stories, could arouse a discovery of what time and space had impacted us, proving and highlighting our existence and our spending of time in such a unique way that we remembered those moments no matter what feeling they triggered.
We weighed heavily as ambivalent figures.
